Real Estate Balance co-hosted a webinar with corporate member Herbert Smith Freehills looking at inclusivity and allyship on 15 September.
In this interactive workshop with podcaster and host Bilal Harry Khan, participants develop an understanding of how privilege can be a useful thing to recognise when it comes to understanding microaggressions and building equity and allyship at the interpersonal level. Through conversation and participation on Menti, participants were given the tools and skills for how to have effective and courageous conversations as well as understanding what is and isn't allyship.
