The Real Estate Balance Parents' Network invited people from all across our membership to take part in this informative webinar on family friendly HR policies and practices.
The session was hosted by the below property professionals:
- Rachael Conchie - Senior HR Business Partner, British Land
- Natalie Breen – Director, HR, Brookfield Properties
- Kate Evans – Chief People Office, Norton Rose Fulbright
Rachael started the webinar by providing updates and changes relating to policies on maternity leave, paternity leave, shared parental leave, statutory parental leave, carers' leave and neonatal leave. She also covered developments in practices relating to flexible working, parental bereavement and emergency time off for family and dependents. The panellists then discussed how family friendly policies and practices in the workplace had benefitted their own careers and family lives and highlighted examples of how such initiatives had been utilised by colleagues.
