Real Estate Balance is delighted to be partnering with Bisnow on a major new D&I project called The Rise Initiative.
Rise has been recently launched in the UK to recognise the organisations committed to improving ethnic diversity in commercial real estate.
The programme will highlight companies setting specific D&I goals, measuring their progress and holding themselves accountable, and will culminate at an exciting event in London this June.
We know many of our members have impactful and replicable D&I strategies which Rise will be keen to learn from and share – so we urge you all to take a look and get involved.
Submissions are open from now until 24 March, when they will be reviewed by a diverse group of D&I experts featuring two of our very own Board members, including our Chair Liz Peace CBE.
