An interesting conversation is happening at the moment between senior leadership and the next generation in real estate. On Tuesday 11 August, Real Estate Balance and JLL hosted a webinar with three senior leaders and a diverse panel of the next generation from our corporate membership to share this conversation with members. During the webinar, the NextGen panel put questions to our three senior industry leaders covering topics including barriers to entry, attitudes and behaviours in the workplace and line management. The session aimed to challenge the status quo and provide NextGen insight and lived experience on topics that need to be addressed by senior leaders to create an inclusive and diverse future for the industry. The webinar launched the Real Estate Balance NextGen Committee gave the audience the opportunity for Q&A.
