On Thursday 30th January, you are invited to our NextGen Committee's launch event which kickstarts the rollout of their new strategy across the Real Estate Balance membership, introducing a range of touchpoints and opportunities for members to get involved with in 2025.
Based on findings from the 2023 NextGen Survey, our NextGen Committee has worked on a new three-pillar strategy to help develop an inclusive talent pipeline in the property industry, improve the retention of diverse talent and upskill the leaders of tomorrow. These are:
• Pillar 1 – Opening up the industry and tackling barriers to entry
• Pillar 2 – Equipping diverse talent to progress and succeed
• Pillar 3 – Creating inclusive culture/tackling inappropriate behaviours
At the event you’ll also hear about a brand new opportunity for three NextGen professionals from the Real Estate Balance membership to join its newly refreshed Committee. The application process for the new Committee members will begin soon after the event, so don’t miss the chance to meet the existing Committee in person and have any questions answered.
