Every two years we carry out a sector-wide survey to understand the experiences of people working in property and examine the drivers and barriers to progress. The results help uncover the key issues and identify priorities so action can be taken to accelerate change.
Real Estate Balance is hosting a series of roundtable breakfasts for CEOs and senior leaders from our membership to share the results of the surveys and discuss how we can "proactively address industry imbalances through our campaigns – ultimately creating a more representative and fairer real estate sector where everyone loves working and feels able to thrive.” Sue Brown, Managing Director, Real Estate Balance.
Of the six breakfasts in the series, five will take place in person and one online in order to offer every opportunity for engagement by our CEOs and senior leaders.
