Real Estate Balance are pleased to be able to offer Inclusive Leadership Workshops for our Corporate members.

Research has highlighted that in order for companies to improve on diversity, they need to evolve to have a more inclusive culture, and senior and middle management need leadership skills that are inclusive and can positively attract, develop and retain the right talent.

The Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (ENEI) will deliver this training specifically focused on senior and middle managers, those who have a line management role or who are otherwise involved in people management or recruitment. The training sessions cut across all aspects of day-to-day management, prompting leaders to re-evaluate how they manage, promote and lead others.

ENEI are providing both sessions at a reduced rate for REB members of £500 plus VAT. The training will consist of 2 x 3 hour modules over 2 days (a week apart) and attendance at both sessions is required. We hope the group will be a mix of men and women from a variety of member organisations, coming together in a confidential and relaxed environment, each bringing different ideas to be discussed, examples of best practise to share as well as covering the course content as supplied by ENEI below.

The training will be an opportunity for our Corporate members to benefit from their membership of Real Estate Balance by developing their management into more inclusive leaders whilst networking with other real estate managers attending.

ENEI will send out a pre-course questionnaire and also contact some attendees in advance of the training for a pre-course discussion, to ensure the needs of the attendees are met and the course is focussing on priority issues.

If you would like to attend or put forward names from your organisation please RSVP by Monday 12th March.

We do hope you will want to take advantage of this training at reduced rates and also the networking opportunity which we are providing for our members.
