While it reflects the activities we undertook with our members in 2025, our team – alongside our dedicated Board of Directors and colleagues across REB’s networks – are thinking about what comes next: our priorities, the areas where we can have the greatest influence and the opportunities for deeper collaboration within the REB membership.
The external environment continues to shift, but thoughtful, evidence-led action on progressing representation and belonging in UK real estate and its associated sectors is as important as ever. REB will aim to continue convening the right conversations, amplifying best practices and supporting members to turn intent into impact.
