Our popular CEO Breakfast series will now take place annually, providing more regular policy roundtables for senior leaders across our membership to shape the future direction of Real Estate Balance.
The sessions will be opportunities for key industry decision-makers and changemakers to take part in guided conversations with peers, and to have a meaningful say on our priorities and approach.
Traditionally held every other winter following our Industry EDI Survey, the pilot move to a yearly format will provide more frequent forums for CEOs and senior leaders to connect and contribute.
We are holding our 2026 CEO Breakfasts in London on these dates:
- Wednesday 14th January - 8:15am-10am at Hines
- Wednesday 21st January - 8:15am-10am at Aviva
- Thursday 29th January - 8:15am-10am at Town Legal
These sessions will focus on furthering representation and belonging in UK real estate and its associated sectors, with a key theme being how companies are tackling the gender gap at senior levels. You will have the opportunity to share how your organisation is enabling female leadership and hear how others are tackling this ongoing challenge.
