Join Real Estate Balance and CWG for Better Balance V, our flagship annual event bringing together senior leaders from across the real estate industry to explore how the built environment can create more inclusive, connected and thriving communities.
This year's event will focus on Inclusive Place-Making and Community Impact, exploring the role that real estate plays in creating opportunity, strengthening communities and delivering lasting positive change. Through a combination of guided tours, industry insight and networking, we'll showcase how collaboration between developers, occupiers and community organisations can create places where people and businesses can thrive.
The evening will begin with the opportunity to take part in an optional guided tour of Canary Wharf, highlighting examples of inclusive place-making in action. Led by colleagues from across CWG, the tours will showcase initiatives centred on biodiversity, accessibility, community partnerships and wellbeing, bringing to life the people and projects helping to shape Canary Wharf's future.
Following the tours, attendees will hear from Shobi Khan, Chief Executive Officer, CWG, before joining a panel discussion exploring how the real estate sector can work together to create stronger, more resilient communities. The conversation will consider how organisations can embed inclusion into development and operations, build meaningful community partnerships and translate ambition into measurable impact.
