Join Real Estate Balance and Savills Investment Management for a breakfast event exploring how different generations experience the workplace, with a particular focus on imposter syndrome, gender dynamics, confidence and career progression within the real estate industry.

Bringing together voices from different career stages and backgrounds, this session will explore how workplace experiences can vary across generations, and how gender can further shape those experiences. Through an informal panel discussion and open conversation, speakers will share honest reflections, practical advice and lessons learnt throughout their careers.

The discussion will also look at how life stages and external pressures, from financial challenges early in your career through to later life experiences, can impact confidence and progression at work.
