We’re delighted to welcome PJ Galvin as our new managing director.
PJ joins Real Estate Balance following five years at Hammerson, where he led the organisation’s strategy for culture, performance and employee experience, and served as Chair of its LGBTQ+ Affinity Group.
PJ has spent three decades working within large global retail businesses – developing talent, driving cultural transformation and embedding inclusive behaviours, including for Selfridges, Molton Brown and Gap – and we’re thrilled that he’ll be bringing this experience to Real Estate Balance for the benefit of our members.
Speaking about PJ’s appointment, our Chair Jo Davis said:
