BlackRock, DWS and Related Argent join Real Estate Balance

Real Estate Balance is pleased to welcome BlackRock, DWS and Related Argent as its newest members.

This significant addition reflects continued momentum across the UK real estate sector to build more inclusive workplace cultures, strengthen a sense of belonging, and ensure people from all backgrounds have the opportunity to thrive.

A growing collective driving change

Since 2015, Real Estate Balance has been working with its members through programmes, campaigns and events designed to support more equitable and inclusive cultures across the industry.

With these three new members, the organisation now represents 120 of the most influential companies operating in UK real estate, further strengthening its collective voice and ability to accelerate meaningful change.
