About us
We are the membership body advocating for representation and inclusion in UK real estate and its associated sectors.
Real Estate Balance was formed in 2015 by seven senior and successful women to address gender imbalance at senior levels in real estate businesses. Since then, we have expanded our focus to address underrepresentation when it comes to ethnicities and social backgrounds in our industry.
We work with industry leaders and senior leadership teams, supporting them in driving cultural change and identifying best practice which we can share across our membership, contributing to the enhanced performance of the industry as a whole.
Through our advocacy work and other activities like our events programme, research and Toolkit, we aim to support our members in making progress towards representative and inclusive workplaces.
