We held a roundtable on hybrid working with individuals representing more than 20 Real Estate Balance members to determine what was working well with implementing hybrid working and what else organisations need to consider to make the most of it for them and their staff.
These notes reflect the conversations in the roundtable and cover four broad areas: implementation, the modern workplace, training and development and also numerous other resources which informed our thinking while we were planning the session.
