Our members are committed to working alongside us to advance equity, diversity and inclusion in the real estate industry and, recognising that there is still work to be done, together we are making real progress.
Many of them asked for a Real Estate Balance kitemark or badge which recognises their commitment and membership in a more publicly visible way.
Having listened to this request, and in reward and recognition of all the important work we do together, we are delighted to launch of our new membership badge, which can be downloaded in various versions below.
The badge is freely available for all existing and new Real Estate Balance members to use across their websites, emails, staff handbooks and marketing materials, as a way to publicly demonstrate their commitment to EDI and participation in our 128-strong member network.
They may wish to use the badge whenever they run an EDI-themed event on topics such as International Women’s Day, LGBTQ+ Pride and Black History Month – but we look forward to seeing all their different creative applications!
We hope that the badge will help increase the profile of our shared purpose, while bringing our members the credit they deserve for taking action and being part of this important movement.
